About the Owner
Catherine Ahearn has had a varied career in healthcare quality for the past 25+ years. As the executive, she has successfully led quality initiatives, providing these organizations with an effective standardization process for healthcare. Catherine then decided to apply all her business acumen and Passion for food to her new journey. She attended culinary school L 'Académie du Cuisine 10 month non-professional course, and then - Tysons Creamery was born, she then attended Ice Cream University - Penn State Ice Cream Short Course in 2020. The rest is history….a journey to now National Award-Winning Ice Cream.
