Yes! We service the Prince William, Fairfax and Loudoun Counties. If you have a special event outside of that area that may require delivery, please reach out to us on our contact form.

Yes! If you'd like to schedule a pick up for your order, please let us know at the time of the order so we can ensure somebody is available at our facility on that particular date/time.

Yes! It's an optional service that includes a 6 foot table, table cover, cooler with decorated skirt, set up of the ice creams on a display, napkins, spoons and a magnetic sign to showcase the flavors you'll be offering. If you would like, we can also include a staff member during that time to assist with the serving, which is included in the setup fee.

Yes, we require a $250 minimum which is approximately 50 pre-portioned servings of ice cream.

We ask that you provide 7-10 days lead time for all orders. While in some cases we can make product available sooner depending on quantity and flavor(s), we cannot guarantee quicker availability. Please reach out so we can discuss your event if you have any special requests.

We take all major credit cards, PayPal, ACH, Cash or corporate checks. We do not accept personal checks. Before the order can be confirmed, full payment is required.

For orders under $500, full payment is required for it to be confirmed and added to our production schedule. If you're planning for your event months in advance, or are purchasing over $500 worth of ice cream, we can discuss a deposit, however the balance must be paid at least 10 days prior to the event otherwise you risk the chance that your order may be cancelled.

Each serving is pre-portioned in a 3oz sealed cup.
